Enthriven Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided through Enthriven, operated by Jessica Biehl in Missouri.

Services offered through Enthriven may include functional nutrition counseling, wellness education, cooking classes, workshops, corporate wellness education, retreat education, and related educational services.

Educational Disclaimer

Services provided through Enthriven are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Functional nutrition counseling is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are encouraged to work with their physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, medications, symptoms, lab work, or health conditions.

Recommendations may include food and nutrition education, lifestyle support, stress and nervous system support, supplement education, and educational interpretation of functional wellness information or labs.

Client Responsibility

Clients understand that healing and wellness outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors including consistency, lifestyle, medical history, and personal participation.

Clients are responsible for their own healthcare decisions and understand that participation in services is voluntary.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.

Rescheduling is encouraged whenever possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of the session.

Emergencies and unexpected circumstances may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

Once services have begun, packages and sessions are non-refundable.

Any payment processing or credit card fees associated with refunds may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Communication Policy

Communication between sessions may occur through secure client portals, email, or approved messaging platforms for scheduling, support, or clarification purposes.

While secure platforms may be used when available, clients understand that standard email and text messaging are not guaranteed to be fully secure forms of communication.

Response times may vary and communication outside of scheduled sessions is intended for general support and administrative purposes only.

Communication through Enthriven is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent medical concerns. Clients experiencing a medical emergency should contact their physician or emergency services immediately.

Privacy

Client information shared through Enthriven will be handled with care and respect. Reasonable efforts are made to protect personal information and maintain confidentiality.

When available, secure client platforms may be used for forms, messaging, and document sharing. However, clients understand that electronic communication and internet-based systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Client information will not be sold or intentionally shared outside of services provided through Enthriven unless required by law or authorized by the client.

Agreement

By purchasing or participating in services provided through Enthriven, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
